Hello there I'm meteorologist Janice Dean happy Friday taking a look at your daytime -- -- Across the Great Lakes and the northeast 29 in Marquette fifty in Chicago little warm up for you across the midwest this weekend 45 in Detroit.

And it's a chilly 21.

For caribou Maine satellite radar imagery in the last twelve hours gonna show you a little bit of moisture working its way across the Great Lakes a little bit of snow as well lake effect snow.

And that's gonna kind of be the scenario as we head into the weekend Friday Saturday Sunday.

Much of the region will remain dry we could see if you snowflakes in our future across the northeast but nothing very organized.

And of course the lake effect snow is gonna continue.

As we head into Sunday.

It will be very warm or at least warmer than average so we're gonna see -- more likely.

A rain event instead of snow -- right have yourself a great weekend.
