At this hour from -- -- the FBI is launching a new international effort we're hearing to get answers on the big Ghazi terror attacks that happened more than two months ago.

And for Americans lost their lives on that night including our US ambassador.

FBI officials are now using FaceBook and the Internet were told to see if they can find any leaves as to who was involved.

This poster is trying to solicit information as well the FBI began searching for those responsible we were told immediately after that attack -- and it was a video.

That is said to include some of them perhaps I'm joined now by Utah Republican congressman Jason.

-- welcome good to have you here this morning good morning.

It did is it -- relief to you to hear the news that the FBI is now doing sort of a social media outreach to look for clues as to what happened that night.

And like I want the FBI to pursue every lead and I'm gonna applaud that but it's months since these people were killed.

Since we had four people that were murdered.

It took them weeks to get have been -- to try to secure the compound and scoured the place for for information.

I don't sense the urgency from the administration to get after this they give it some lip service but look at the actions.

These people are killed it takes weeks to get to Ben Ghazi were months after the fact and now they're just going up on.

On social media remember -- are all three -- was reported two hours into the attack itself claimed responsibility.

On social media.

That's something we should have been pursuing right at the get go.

Yet you know I mean you would think obviously this this is an Intel.

On the ground issue we have no longer -- the presence that we had on the ground there because we don't have that outpost anymore that we once had.

This what we learned was that those CIA.

Assets were in part -- -- to sort of try to track down.

Perhaps shoulder fire missiles that went missing -- after.

Qaddafi was taken out of office there.

And was killed eventually so I mean if there's a lot of questions about ongoing operations that may be in -- sort of simmering in that area and it it.

No way you remember there were somebody that was detained I believe Turkey has -- all the person was and in Tunisia.

It's like senator Graham to make a phone call -- actually open up the lines of dialogue so that we can actually get in -- go to October.

I have -- mister senator Graham for doing that but it it makes you wonder -- -- Republican senator has to make the phone call and why the administration doesn't -- on top of that immediately pursuing that type of thing.

-- yet we haven't heard the president talks a lot about how this investigation is going either.

I want do we have a sound bite that's been Susan Collins did that I let let's play that this is after she spoke with UN ambassador Susan Rice.

I believe that the White House asked her to come on.

Because they felt that she would emphasize.

The points.

Bet the Obama administration.

Wants -- and besides that I blacked out of the meeting would that pros.

Found sense of disappointment.

Those are pretty pretty strong words from senator who is known for not necessarily telling the party line I think she's viewed as much more independent and and I think that's the assessment a lot of people are coming from for me.

What was most telling is when the president was -- the press conference and the president said well you know -- essentially don't pick on.

On ambassador rice she didn't know anything about the -- then why did the administration.

Put her out there as the spokesperson try to.

What is end up being misleading the world.

On what really happened -- Ben Ghazi it's just every single time we go down the staff.

It's just it's bundled and -- -- more more questions -- an answer.

-- -- think we're doing with the investigation because we were told that we wouldn't really hear anything about.

All of this until after the election which some people thought.

It was too bad -- now we are after the elections till -- think we will get some answers on on what they now.

Remember the administration's first response from Secretary Clinton is we're gonna do this sixty day investigation and we're not gonna release any information but then we we in the house oversight with that chairman -- -- myself but -- -- others.

We held this hearing.

And what happens the administration starts the leak other documents because they know that there behind in this communication so.

That the administration owes us in the congress lots of documents unclassified documents we've asked I -- my first letter over them -- September 20 that still has gone unanswered.

And -- to the point where we're gonna have to start issuing some subpoenas because the administration is just totally non response.

We'll -- congressman -- this thank you very much good to see you thank you -- --
