Well the clock is ticking just a month to go until the so called fiscal cleft congressional Republicans firing back now amid claims by President Obama.

That some GOP lawmakers are holding middle class tax cuts hostage.

Senator Orrin hatch today accusing the president of pulling a bait and switch listen.

The president said he wants a so called balanced approach to solve this crisis.

But what -- proposed this week was a classic bait and switch on the American people.

A tax increase double the size of what he campaigned on.

Billions of dollars in this stimulus spending and an unlimited unchecked authority to borrow from the Chinese.

Maybe I missed it but I don't recall him asking for any of that during the presidential campaign.

You -- Jamie one month away from the so called fiscal cliff and there appears to be very little movement about a lot of talk back and forth.

The president hit the road yesterday using a campaign style appearance to appeal directly to the American people.

It was at a toy factory in Pennsylvania where you push for immediate action to extend the bush era tax cuts for everybody except.

The more wealth.

-- Americans.

Right now congress can pass a law that would prevent attacks like on the first 250000.

Dollars everybody's income.

Everybody.

That means that 98% of Americans and 97% of small businesses wouldn't see their income taxes go up at all.

And even the wealthiest Americans would get a tax cut on the first 250000.

But Republicans led by house.

-- John Boehner say the president should quit campaigning and take care of business.

Some Republicans suggest the president is playing a dangerous game of political brinksmanship.

I do think that that that the Democrats the president due to their advantage to run the clock out and to try and build pressure being leveraged.

Getting calls from closer to the deadline at the end of the year.

But at some point if there's going to be a breakthrough it's got to happen it's got to happen a fairly short manner takes awhile to get pujols who scored.

By the Congressional Budget Office to get legislation drafted if we were gonna act on something before the end of the year.

You can't wait until you know Christmas Day and then hope to pass something by by you know New Year's Day.

And the latest round of political maneuvering -- -- pressure from Democrats namely Nancy Pelosi the democratic leader in the house to schedule a house vote on that plan to extend the middle class tax cuts.
