Even more shocking though -- that rice was not prepared to answer any questions about her role then saying she.
You don't remember that diplomats begged for more security.
You don't remember that more than 220 people were killed and more than 4000 -- did.
But -- not that that the president says you've done an exemplary job at the UN.

She has represented the United States and our interest in -- United Nations.

And professionalism.
