I must've -- 600 pro shops at that time.
And they just broke me down broke me down and -- -- my weak spots for sure.
It was shocked I tell me like a week to recover from this.
Did you come away with a new appreciation for what our men and women in the military go through in the what did you learn about them in terms of their toughness.
To be honest with you I had no idea how difficult this was -- that when you think about what they're doing overseas fighting war I don't think there's.
Anywhere you could ever prepare for something -- So I mean yeah I did so many pushups and someone yelled at me the whole time but you know being overseas in fighting in the war are and -- Trying to fight for my life and the rest of my country I just couldn't imagine -- We -- -- -- -- won them all because you -- glossy but a pop up out of the water so you held you breath longer.
How did they treat you now.
-- to be -- to -- I actually surprised myself I did pretty dead in a lot of different challenges that we had.
I -- I do a lot of yeah that's I mean holding my breath was probably one of the easier things that I did.
But I stepped up pretty well I was surprised -- -- left there after the -- for hours even though I was so exhausted.
I felt this amazing.
Feeling of just accomplishments that wade.
