So who was responsible.

For the security failure that led to the four Americans losing their lives in -- -- If you believe the State Department it's anyone but them.

With -- is Fox News national security analysts KT McFarland and Fox News military analyst.

US army colonel David -- to welcome to to my favorites thanks for being the secession -- Are right now colonel hot.

Who's driving the blame game here because I don't know I know why believe but it's -- like this right now in Washington.

But I don't get any independent actually it's clear to -- it's clear that.

What outstrip the bill does not State Department secretary our defense or CIA this is White House driven scenario it's happened since that -- -- -- Our right and and KT you're the person you're a person our man or woman who was in Washington during practice rounds kinds of interviews now on the did Susan writes not know the truth.

-- everybody knew the truth everybody knew that it -- Qaeda from the very beginning that question according to sort all hunters who didn't know who got an outlet that's a good question about where when she -- -- marching orders.

And -- her.

Now I think it's because Hillary Clinton looked at that I'm sure she was asked first.

And she said I don't go out there like Colin Powell that if the United Nations saying their weapons of mass destruction in Iraq -- be proven wrong understand of his career.

I think that she understood she didn't want to be out there saying that so that's UN ambassador rice so what does she say she says what they're told to say good soldiers salute.

I'm gonna say what -- Whatever they tell me -- what.

Let me ask you this you knew.

Event in these situations if someone made a mistake to the American public five times dug their heels and down would you expect them to come out and saying immediately hit you know look I made a mistake you know maybe I -- take that -- back a little let me pull.

Immediately and she also came out there are complicated she cannot instead of saying at this you know she should have sat.

What we know now.

At this point she didn't she said very definitively it wasn't hear us now -- to -- that was a red flag.

Well and and clearly -- -- the president would be a colonel came out right before.

It's it was a pre planned terrorist -- and we know with al-Qaeda everybody knew it.

Where did she get this spontaneous.

Protests and the YouTube video do you -- talking points for who took al-Qaeda who -- -- the fairy tale.

You got -- -- really -- some that the rest of it's the White House.

She's reading from a script that we had for -- separate ways of communicating and getting information within hours -- one.

In that -- -- the president on down knew what had happened not five days two weeks later within hours we knew what happened.

What and you know what what's interesting about that is if you get your talking points from the intelligence can be as it would.

It yet but what -- access to the president's daily briefings.

But the that this CIA doesn't issue unclassified reports.

On something like that would happen the CIA would have -- there's after the White House the SE.

What do prepped her or the press office would have -- her here's your talking points is what we want to say this is a theme we want you to stand.

It would not come directly from an intelligence agency to the UN about.

-- by -- -- on the back over -- but it was coordinated out okay and and what about the fact that that she said.

All that that there was no question about this in her mind and she ended up saying.

It was what the the military the intelligence gave us.

She didn't go near the State Department she didn't go near the White House she was very specific this is what the intelligence community game.

Us -- but you know at this point I think your whole point is right where you said everybody's blaming everybody else.

We are three months later and what do we know for sure.

We know for sure -- -- Petraeus -- we still don't know how you know I did -- who did what before and during and after that's why I think.

The administration frankly has gotten away with it they've gotten -- the cover up an ally and unless there are confirmation hearings.

Where some -- -- going to be put to the ten nobody's gonna go under -- and say the truth.

And in what about the State Department here I mean you know about -- CIA and the DOD and everybody blaming each other.

But it looks like you know Hillary set -- taking responsibility the president says -- there's no accountability.

What happened well.

Trip for him not having proper security -- -- opening statement.

And press and the secretary of defense but -- not responding as department depends on the White House does not nobody in between -- we move forces.

They never got the order to going to help and they got -- And so that's -- White House yeah.

Yeah -- -- thing I find really offensive is in 1998 and at this occasion we have never gone back after the people who did the -- through in 1998.

When they bomb the US embassy in the USS -- And -- has even said they didn't respond that's why we did September 11 and they never have molded and I -- -- and they will be emboldened by this 'cause at this point.

Nobody's fighting them -- fighting each other well.

They have not only that I mean you know the FBI gets in the three weeks later to check it out man without the leaving with -- evidence.

Colonel David Hunt and KT McFarland a pleasure having you with us this evening.
