Hi everyone I'm meteorologist -- -- -- from the fox -- weather center with your forecast for the southwest.

And today we're finally enjoying a bit of a break in -- of that rainfall that we had to deal with.

Over the weekend and even days before that across parts of northern California we even saw some significant flooding.

Some let's slice across -- a higher elevations and some even some snow across in the highest.

Elevations of the Sierra Nevada has so as far as high temperatures go for today.

We're still looking high temperatures -- the low sixties in San Francisco 66 over Los Angeles and 67 degrees.

In this city is -- -- -- seventies across southern Arizona and as we had northbound.

Salt Lake City and Denver looking at high temperatures into the low fifties.

We are gonna have to deal -- more heavy rain once again across northern parts of California but not just yet today today it looks pretty quiet we do have some clouds -- across.

A -- a California and even some moisture moving to portions of a central Rockies that this very limited in nature not really looking at any significant downpours adhered to some snow showers.

And that's really across western portions of Colorado but take a look at the future radar.

As we head into basically late Monday night throughout the day on Tuesday and then eventually even into Wednesday we're going to continue to deal with more heavy rain out here.

In the worst of it's -- -- -- north of San Francisco some of the mountains will also have to deal with some snowfall.

And of course gusty winds with this next -- storm system so let's say -- pretty much gonna have a break for just today.

As far as rainfall goes and then eventually our next storm system will be arriving Tuesday.

And also into Wednesday's you're gonna need the umbrellas once again and just be careful with any driving -- have to do Ernie traveling.

Southern California those pretty good for a Tuesday into Wednesday parts of the Rockies are assisting on the -- side which generally dry weather in store for you guys across parts of Colorado you've -- And even down to New Mexico and Arizona have -- -- everyone I'm meteorologist Maria Molina -- the fox extreme weather senator.
