Carrion rebels are taking the fight to the capital of Damascus it's a move aimed at putting additional pressure on the regime and hitting the heart of president -- power.

But that strategy is coming -- a bloody cost witnesses say a mortar slammed into a ninth grade classroom in a Damascus suburb.
