Hi everyone I'm meteorologist -- -- -- from the fox -- weather center with your forecast for the northeast and also portions.

The Great Lakes and today we're starting to notice a bit more of a return to what's typical for this time of the year.

With slightly cooler temperatures moving on in from portions of Canada and -- -- the midwest and Great Lakes and even into the northeast.

But the significant cool -- will be as we head into tomorrow across across places like New York City.

And also DC -- up into portions of bosses of Ford today we're dealing with a couple of showers along portions of Canon five Porter and temperatures not to bad as we head into the afternoon hours 55 for high temperature.

Over in the city of Boston 54 New York City and fifty degrees in Washington DC and DC we actually saw high temperatures make -- into the seventies.

Both Monday and Tuesday so again a little bit cooler today.

Portions of the Great Lakes forty over in Detroit 42 for your high temperature in Chicago and up into parts.

Of Marquette 28 degrees for your high -- -- you are definitely feeling very December like.

-- across portions of the upper Great Lakes so here -- a look at that -- for producing some showers still right now across portions of New England all the way down -- parts of the mid Atlantic.

Heavier downpours are forecast in DS we had for -- south across portions of the northeast for us we're actually mean generally drying things out behind -- -- and again cooling down.

And also expect to see some pretty gusty winds here and there across portions of the north and northeast.

As we head throughout the day to day that will help to make things feel a little bit cooler than what the thermometer reads out as a head out the -- -- keep that in mind.

Otherwise again generally drier weather as we head into Thursday and also Friday but temperatures a lot cooler.

And more seasonable and -- -- into Friday to wrap up the work week another disturbance will be swinging through portions of the midwest.

-- -- in the areas of rain across parts of Western Pennsylvania Ohio and living -- through the state.
