Hi everyone I'm meteorologist Maria -- -- in the fox -- weather center with your forecast for the southeast.

And also portions of -- southern plains and over the last couple of days have been very warm both in the southern plains and also in the southeast.

Temperatures widespread into the eighties and even seventies across many these places but we're gonna start to see some slightly cooler air moving further off toward the south rang -- -- air in place across force in the midwest.

Places in Tennessee Kentucky and -- across -- -- Will be noticing they -- moving on in and by tomorrow you're going to be looking at temperatures a little bit cooler.

Now what -- -- dealing with over the last couple of days.

Already cooler right now -- and -- 69 degrees for a high temperature today 62 over in Raleigh, North Carolina on May sixteenth in Nashville.

As well as portions of the central plains and as we head into Texas you're added -- now in Dallas Houston and also in Brownsville 78 degrees or high temperature out there and Brownsville.

In the southern tip of Texas something we won't have to deal with today's some moisture associated with this court -- -- bringing in those cooler temperatures.

Portions of the mid Atlantic and into the Carolinas and across coastal areas of the southeast.

We will be dealing with these showers on and off throughout the day today and heavier downpours are forecast.

As we -- into southern portions and a southeast -- on the Gulf Coast that's what you're talking -- some heavier storms.

Rolling on through but again he -- assists and we'll be drying things down and are trying things out.

And cooling things down that -- to keep in mind and look for two.
