The anyway kind of and negative as to what happened in this case that is a very tragic one that brought viewers out there who come visit New York this is certainly an anomaly does not have.
And -- all the time you read night which I guess is one of drag and we talk about it because it's so.

This was the worst of -- okay -- in the way in the way that it happened.

And potentially being pulled on my -- and whose frantic at that point in time.
Onto the train tracks while -- can tell you is the long build points this is not normal in New York City.
This happen out of an argument this wasn't someone stated by the side effects be and -- -- there also is a cavity in the center of the tracks that.
You know not to second guess this gentleman.
But to then if he had laid that he usually show you if you -- -- stay flat as fearful as you are my as a train comes over you have a chance of record as saying.
Last year we -- Sony jumped on the track right.
Went and laid on top of someone in that -- a recess between the tracks and was able to protect that individual with his own life indeed -- we've got hurt so it is that.

And to think that he had witnessed.

And it's I think it's also worth saying that none of us I mean you guys do because you're trained.
But none of us ordinary human beings -- -- how we would react in that situation you just.
You you just don't know so it's easy to sit here and criticize somebody for not been something but you have no idea you cannot train for everybody -- criticize.
It's a split second decision.

You know who are trained to a certain degree but certainly not trained in every one -- emergencies is -- -- personal decision and the going to be able to say you know -- and I hope that person.
And you know either ire of the -- going to be endangered by by helping them.
And it is a very personal and that's why in the past we've seen people take those who -- steps and go down -- -- people reached down pull people up.
A number different things again.
Very tragic situation and unfortunately at this time of the year for those that family you know -- It -- as it as an epilogue the good news is the police have found the person who did what exactly very quickly the alleged person who did -- They have him that question him he has given statement from what the press is reporting.
Tying himself to the crime.
Yet another just trying to piece together with -- lineups now I -- the good news is within 24 hours they have the person debt which is always did you write to show.
-- another story notes been getting a lot of attention.
Both seasonal com.
Which is that George Zimmermann case not not name a name we talked about a lot recently Jerusalem and obviously the -- neighborhood watchman.
Who shot -- Trayvon Martin to death.
Down in Florida he said he did it in says he did it in self defense -- and obviously come give us his side.
All of the story we've seen these new photos we just -- up on screen that color photos of what are currently injury suffered by Jordan Zimmermann.
In the wake all -- that confrontation between human -- much -- it as an investigator.
Bill does this tell you anything does it.
-- -- -- I think you know it is certainly as further enlightening I think.
There were pictures of this apparently released -- were black and white record high resolution color and that's I think one of the issues that the defense is taking effect that they didn't get the original quoted from the prosecution early enough.
At the end of the day though I mean it.
I think you from investigative standpoint just tells you that an altercation took place but it definitely tell you more about sure you know why -- -- shot.
You know how the having counter actually took place but it it does suggest that there was a physical confrontation that wasn't.
As imminent standing aside that you know he was actually you know perhaps -- on the ground as he suggests.
That he that he was having his head pushed into the sidewalk and has a bloodied nose -- center.
And and cuts on this haven't -- I think what we're seeing here though Johnson is is a bit of an illness speak now does a lawyer boos when he talks like one -- on TV showed up plays went on to visit his.
Is really kind of statesmanship is that yes.
The defense had a copy of this picture is that they're really changed the -- that the charges or anything else occurred was gonna do was is gonna impact the jury.
And so with a hoping to do is I believe.
By getting -- out here in the and people losing it now is that may -- in some -- influence the jury pool for the fact that there was this altercation and it wasn't.

Is that I think at the end of the day it comes down to how the jury's selected is in how this -- the jury.
-- from investigative standpoint I think it isn't it too much war right and we already know to.
-- this it was always going to be -- -- Difficult case to prove his ligament in his only.
One side you can actually tell a story and the fact that Zimmerman now has substantial entries and we're not talking about just the bloody nose which would have been a laceration to the head.
Which would about a bloody nose possibly broken nose.
And blood all over his face these photo showed to be that there was definitely -- fight.
He definitely may have been defending himself and to stand your ground law -- Come at the plight and he may be.
The charges may be dismissed by the judge -- okay.
