Silos hierarchies they don't understand organizational chart so they're coming out of college into the workforce.

Not really understanding the concept of traditional organizations are very collaborative because they've been online work collaboration is the norm.

But I know you're very impressed with this group makes you mentioned something that's interesting and that is because they are going into the workforce and think they're very Smart.

We -- coming into that workforce where there is still more structured depending on -- -- -- limited.

A lot of them are getting some of the cooler -- jobs better he would hit cubicles and they can weird you know converts it to work.

Okay that's that I went very well -- -- go into the little ourselves off.

There's a throw themselves on -- down on the couch and they say what's up dude yeah absolutely know that that that there is a that there's a power is in place that they should be respective -- even aware.

It I think that I think it's good I think that it's good that there without some boundaries but I also do believe that they're.

What I heard over and over again in our interviews with the with young women is.

You know they wanna have fun they want to go on dates but the last thing they want is some immature guy dragging them down.

They really want they're focused on their careers of the first generation to grow up.

Without a belief that they're going to be more successful than the parents they know how how hard it's going to be.

But they're not motivated by money they're motivated by doing good by making contribution by being fulfilled -- having an -- experience.

And that wonderful I you know I mentioned something deep and it which is what -- how old you are without boundaries -- and millennial.

And -- perhaps when they go into some of the more structured workplace atmosphere is.

That they might have to learn and double higher here respect however let me flip -- -- is now what is it that we can learn from the millennial.

It's actually the right question in fact -- -- -- founded an organization.

You're go call women in media mentoring initiative.

For women in the media entertainment.

Marketing and advertising careers and it's the whole idea is -- -- turning.

And it's that would they have as much to teach coming out of college and into the workforce as they have to learn and it's a balance so.

Women with experience have as much learn as well as to teach.

I think it's always it's always a give and take when you mentor someone let's take a look at this these guys are spending all kinds of time online doing everything online.

They're texting they're on FaceBook and if -- need to update daily.

Beer you know they're blogging of course you Skype who wants to make a phone call any more regular phone CNET based their tanks -- Skyping you know gateway -- 57% of them on Twitter.

But again so they're able to multitask everything is about technology everything's about having two -- -- devices going at one time.

We asked them how much time is spent on different activities -- -- came out to about 36 hours a day 36 hours a day.

So 36 hour of the day.

I know especially girls which.
