Jonathan not time -- weekly small business spotlight did delighted to be joined today by Rebecca you -- Smith.

President of Rebecca re design is joining us from Cleveland Ohio good to see you Rebecca.

Nice to see use well thank you for being here I'm -- a little bit about the company -- -- design and how it all came back.

Well it came about.

Quite by accident we -- buying wonderful equestrian sporting art inspired leather handbags accessories and products for both -- and -- women.

And that we want to women's entrepreneurial search event several years ago -- the sided we'd better get serious with the company.

We've been methodically growing incense and we've done really well -- -- -- a real fun experience and what what is.

Shall a -- the had been told -- -- a little bit about what's special about the way you design and make these -- central.

Well we -- sign everything in our in our office and then we have an entire island group of Amish workers to work hand in hand with us.

And our women mostly do all of our soft goods and seems just -- -- I'm trying to assign machines.

And all of our leather products are made by harness makers.

Who when you're not making -- array design handbags they're making harness for horses and so it's a real -- made bespoke.

-- quality product that is made completely here in America.

While I did -- looking at some pictures of it now they look fabulous in the designs of the white -- -- that this so interest.

-- you've really started expanding this business -- I understand it about four years ago who.

Which correct most business but this was not the best time they were right at the stop a -- of the recession.

I know I remember looking at my husband saying what are we doing starting a business right now in this kind of -- but you know for us it's been a real opportunity because there was very little innovation at the time.

We were able to go to market with fresh and new product.

And our buyers mart stores and our and our customers are online customers.

Are really committed to us because they believe in what we're doing we are very committed to American craftsmanship and that -- made product.

And you know we're reviving an art form in this country that is sadly being lost.

And fortunately were able to provide those transfer of those individuals and growing rapidly.

And even in a tight economic -- -- People will buy product that they now with quality and that's made the -- and it and very important to you.

That this is -- a -- made in America products.

It's very important in me I have a background in job training and education and that's really where my experiences war.

And I knew that it could be done here.

And that there is no reason that we can't be providing.

The consumer with fabulous products that are made here.

And dad -- business is good and growing -- -- hiring anybody.

This is good thing growing and we've just gotten them hire is where in our biggest app levels that we've ever been Nat.

And were hoping that it continues to grow like it -- we are scalability it's been quite good.

And we have a very committed team of mostly women on -- -- -- were all working together juggling careers and families were blogging about it.

And I -- exploits out there as we grow a business and it's really fascinating to watch.

That's what it's fascinating to see and as I say they have beautiful products.
