All right well there are new developments today in a terror case that we have been following in Florida to Pakistani born Brothers due in federal court at the top of this hour.

They are charged with aiding terrorists and plotting to obtain a weapon of mass destruction.

The FBI says that this was knocked a sting operation.

And if convicted both of these men could face life in prison.
