Black Friday and Cyber Monday were huge for retailers.

But a third of Americans haven't even started their holiday shopping -- Consumer reports says about 66 million shoppers will be hitting the stores these last few weeks before Christmas all.

A lot of Americans still having the -- -- shopping.

36% in fact haven't started either hitting the malls -- the keyboard.

And more than half Americans aren't even halfway through so there's a long way to go.

Americans plan to spend an average of 483.

Dollars on gifts this holiday season a vast majority of those procrastinating.

Around 80% of people said they were at least somewhat concerned.

About racking up big bills for the holiday consumer reports says more Americans -- shop for holiday gifts at mass merchandisers like Wal-Mart and target.

But 28% -- shopped at more than one type of retailer said they're finding the best deals online.
