And what's the money's gone it's gone is about -- -- like an accountability partner if you well what it comes suspending so don't grab the credit cards and which I -- brings us to your third point here with -- right.

Don't go into debt for these things.

Exactly if you don't have the money.

Don't diet you know it's -- -- into January and all the bills come -- you regret what you did in December.

It's on the front and say you know I'm not going at the data out I'll do some extra work make some extra cash I have to.

And just be honest with your friends and family about your situation say hey.
