Story out of the NFL member of the Dallas Cowboys is facing a manslaughter charge.

Police say defensive lineman Josh Brent was drunk and speeding during a car accident Saturday morning that led to the death of his passenger and teammate Jerry Brown.

Yet Jamie today Josh Brent is expected to bond out of jail he has a bond hearing set up later this morning.

And -- police believe that he was driving drunk.

Late Friday night early Saturday morning which is why he has been charged.

With intoxication manslaughter.

Apparently he was driving his vehicle not far from Cowboys Stadium about just a few miles or so when he was driving a high rate of speed according to the police report.

His real hit a curb he lost control full -- and his vehicle caught fire.

Officers on the scene say that the cowboys nose tackle.

Then failed the field sobriety tests but his attorney now saying that road construction in the area.

Maybe partially to blame.
