Hi everyone I'm meteorologist Maria Molina out from the fox -- weather center with your forecast for the southwest.

And high temperatures -- across parts of Southern California have very similar to what you signed yesterday 72 over Los Angeles and 68 degrees Fahrenheit.

-- -- -- -- -- -- -- San Francisco Reno and even further up toward the north we're going to be a little bit cooler today high temperatures in the fifties and San Francisco and Reno we do have -- arriving storm system into the Pacific northwest.

And that storm will be bringing in those cool temperatures otherwise across the Rockies Denver a little on the cool side 36 degrees your high temperature 42 and Albuquerque.

And -- just forty degrees in Salt Lake City but as far as precipitation goes ahead of the storm system not really expecting to see much of that.

Across parts of the Rockies -- couple of snow showers here and there across portions.

The Colorado Rockies the heading westbound Nevada relatively dry we do have some cloud cover out there and California also on the very quiet side.

Early today but again we -- -- writing storm system into the Pacific northwest.

As we head into this afternoon and also evening and into the overnight and tomorrow and that same storm system will begin to produce some areas of rainfall across northern California.

As -- and it's -- late into the day to day and also into early Wednesday morning and some of the higher elevations.

Where temperatures are holding us we're gonna see some personal funny should be accumulating as far south as central portions.

Of the -- of California so watch out for some dangerous driving conditions out here because of this next storm system.

Lower elevations will have to deal with some areas of rain -- good -- with this next storm.

Is that it's not gonna be like the other songs and seen over the last couple of weeks it's gonna come and go.

By basically me early Thursday morning we're expecting the bulk of the precipitation to be out of northern California.

-- moving into the hilly region also into San -- keep that in mind and new storm system will be moving through.

Quickly as we head into next several days across the West Coast otherwise -- staying on the high side as we and -- Wednesday and also into your Thursday.
