Here in new York city police have now released surveillance video of a suspect in a midtown murder.

And this freeze frame shows the accused gunman on the left side of your screen just second before cops say he murdered the man on the right hand side your street.

Investigators say the killer shot the victim -- -- in my head right in front of a school near Carnegie poll.

It happened in the middle of the afternoon with the witnesses everywhere.

Roughed him up at a concert of course that was back in 2004 but that's what we know about -- and as of now there is nothing to indicate exactly why a gunman would target -- for death.
