I know -- about this former US ambassador the United Nations former governor Mexico Bill Richardson -- -- he traveled to North -- a few years ago unofficial.

United States envoy governor I see you thanks.

Thank you -- this is it's bordering on absurd I mean Q what does Kim -- on care.

What we do now it's not like he's running out of food himself and didn't really don't care about is if people.

Well he did this been partially for domestic reasons the last missile tests failed.

He's been in office a year he wants to show his people that he is.

Firmly in control that the country has military technological space power.

They're having serious economic problems.

I think part of the test was a domestic reason.

But he also as you said is saying to the world -- You've got to deal with me I've got nuclear weapons I've got Intercontinental ballistic missile tests.

I'm a little disappointing because I thought this guy may be.

Because he was educated in Switzerland because he speaks English new leaders seemed comfortable -- -- people.

That he might go on a new direction but.

I guess he's going to be following his father again the bellicose attitude that they bad that it looks like it but it.

The question to shut -- what do we do about it I think that's the key issue.

I've Kamal what we do that we got 40000 dead people in Syria would get everything about that.

What makes us think we do anything about North Korea we can't we never have heavily.

Well we've tried sanctions.

We've tried dialogue.

We've tried.

A number of policies I think what we need.

Is number one we can't always say that it's up to China.

You know China has leverage over them but they don't dictate to won't.

So while we need is a new approach.

In the new six party talk countries involving Russia China South Korea.

The United States Japan now I don't know exactly what that is.

But I think it's a combination and toughening the policy.

With some kind of -- -- -- if there is movement a positive movement.

We've never really tested this guy we know very little about him.

So you know I'm not saying.

The answer is to isolate him completely.

I mean that doesn't seem to to be working I think some kind of engagement I don't know exactly what it is now I'm not in the government.

I'm a private citizen.

But I just think that our approach to North Korea ranging from engagement.

To sanctions.

Has not worked and so what we need to do is win -- our fellow countries in the region.

Find a way to deal with them.

That test this new guy who we know very little about I mean yes he's detonated this weapon.

Yes he's shot dismissal.

But you know maybe there's an opening there when we shouldn't just say.

Let's forget about a man isolate him because he's got nuclear weapons and we've got 60000.

American troops there and he's got missiles.

And his people are starving at the very least we need to.

You know find waste in a humanitarian way help those people that.

That need that help a lot of challenges there from riches -- good to see you thank you.

Thank you --
