I'm on the back to Hannity is a protest in Michigan turned violent yesterday with pro union demonstrators assaulting conservative staring down the tent that is owned by Americans for prosperity.

We reported -- right here on the Fox News Channel now that was not the case with the broadcast networks even though the story broke hours before the nightly newscast.

Instead the mainstream media they absolutely ignore the violence and instead.

They reported on the protests while that's nice way.

Thousands of union workers descended on the capitol to protest a new law.

They believe could be an ominous signal for unions and worker paychecks.

Everywhere here's ABC's Alex Paris.

The anger boiling over.

Officers turning to pepper spray to control the crowd at least 101000 deep.

Union members from across Michigan and other states voiced their anger at the Michigan capitol.

-- tonight there's some law will go into effect sometime in the spring and a few months time it will dramatically changed things your Michigan.

Ron -- after a boisterous day at the State Capitol loud boisterous day so much for -- Hard hitting reporting but the nonsense is not and there are some liberals there actually spreading lies that the Americans for prosperity -- was actually pulled down by its -- people.

So I guess look left wing spin never ends joining me now with reaction from the American set -- along justice.

You know one.

I understand during the 2010.

Heyday of the Tea Party movement the press they search they search for instances of violence and racism.

When they couldn't find it.

They just made it -- You know you go to -- Tea Party rally you know that there was a Tea Party group there because they leave the place cleaner that when they go and they sing god bless America.

Why wouldn't they report the violence and show the video the way we did.

Where you know what I think -- -- -- -- terrific double standard because I don't think there's any question.

That this is something that stops people from having honest debate honest discussion it is thuggery.

It needs to be illuminate it by the American Media left wing or right wing.

But when I'm looking at the left wing cable channels when I'm looking at mainstream.

The big broadcast networks last night I saw none of it I had to come to fox so.

I you know you and I don't agree on much -- we agree on this and especially the idea that they're tearing down one side's tent.

I don't think you can have that in a free democratic society unless you gonna have mob rule and that's just not right sure.

It's not -- and I appreciate your intellectual honesty.

The real point is they don't even reported that didn't show it it was available was on the Internet is on drug and everywhere they -- -- existed right but they decided not.

Period end of the re.

Yet the reality is that you know united won and I agree on this I think he did acknowledge that a double standard -- this idea that some of these reporters were hiding behind that this was just typical free speech.

But this was anything but.

I mean you mention the Tea Party protest those were orderly.

I reminds me of the dual standard -- the double standard that was employed during that protest on the abortion issue where they try to make the pro lifers were mostly kneeling and praying in front of abortion clinic.

As if they weren't you know -- this is -- This is not free speech this was criminal activity going on in front of the the capital or even inside the capitol nobody reports that except Fox News.

And Sean this is the real problem here.

What did the governor do -- signed -- law that's also in effect in 24 other states called right to work legislation some people agree with that some people do not.

But the fact of the matter is all it says.

Is that to work at a particular place you don't have to join a union etc.

-- all these networks it usually of this liberal ideal choice and freedom.

How come no worker should be free to make the choice and why would they give an accurate reporting instead we get you've got out reporters beaten by the way there's a police officer.

That was I hit also that didn't get reported by an.

Not -- immediate this is where hey -- outrageously high and our time probably ridiculous.

Line if they were -- where -- I part company to place.

I'm sorry go ahead want.

I senator Edward.

Are on the conservative side and big business big business is putting money.

Into this effort to attack unions we've seen a decline in union membership in union dues since the nineteen things when they want and I notice that we have seen.

Out of -- real expansion of income inequality in this -- let them and a decline in -- and middle class will.

When unions have put millions.

Into supporting.

Does this president democratic causes.

-- where she was -- president civility that was so willing to talk about the disgusting YouTube video that had nothing to do with -- -- -- -- you're enjoying idea I've lived here 77 out of the ten top political contributors are on the conservative side big business.

People like the Coke -- -- that's another wanna -- that my -- driving on I was driving Hollywood conservatives.

Yeah this is the real problem with the debate if you have an honest and fair debate one over right to work legislation.

We can have -- but the fact of the matter of my grandfather was a union electrician.

This is about unions going out of business this is about unions having to actually compete.

For the good big individual employee that they make that choice of whether they want to -- that union or not mandating.

Membership in the union is what Wright works about says you know what that's not right in America what we could eventually gonna come back to what -- an association that day by the way doesn't have a democratic candidate come back we're -- video violates what they wanted to do.

-- right to work and I'll ask one again where's president's ability this these are some of his biggest supporters.

Where is he telling them to knock -- off while more -- --
