Fox News alert now on a disturbing new report shedding light on a government agency that is apparently plagued with a long list of problems.

Fox's Doug -- is live in Washington tell us about this report -- Yeah it's all about that National Labor Relations Board also noted the staff report from the house oversight committee detail scores of incidents.

Which strongly suggested out of the Obama administration the NLRB has strayed from its core mission to decide labor management disputes.

And instead has become a strong advocate for big labor.

And created vast uncertainty for job creators -- that's arbitrary enforcement.

And sometimes militant advocacy for unions.

The best example of all this may be NLRB's attempt to shut down Boeing's new assembly line in right to work South Carolina.

-- spent billions employed thousands of highly paid nonunion workers all of the same time expanding operations and its unionized Washington State plant.

Unionized employment actually increased in Washington State yet the NLRB tried to have the South Carolina plant shutdown.

Criticism of the -- all or -- became across the spectrum a worker at the plant wrote quote.

Thousands of people will be unemployed if the NLRB is -- complaint become successful.

Losing my job will be catastrophic to myself and the workers at the North Charleston Boeing facility.

We are homeowners we have families that will be affected.

Boeing is one of the best employers in the area and I would like to continue working for them.

The respected magazine the economist in the NLRB's action as a quote loony left complaint.

And said the agency its recent militancy was shocking.

Representative James Cliburn of South Carolina said the complaint is quote.

Without merit and will not survive a court challenge would jeopardize thousands of jobs and our community that this would be in an acceptable outcome he wrote.

The house oversight report also obtained emails from the NLRB suggesting that the board has strayed from its mandate for neutrality.

Emails of staffers and assistant general counsel's cheering on pro union decisions while lamb -- anti union decisions thousand.

So -- that have a little bit how is the NLRB.

Supposed to work.

Well it's supposed to be a neutral arbiter of labor -- and is set up kinda like an appeals court its General Counsel acts as a prosecutor it's five member board.

Acts like a jury to decide -- -- But the report has uncovered evidence that -- -- separate entities often communicated with one another before the cases were adjudicated.

This report just came out literally moments ago Alison we've contacted NLRB for their response we watching for that.
