Cashman Jason change -- accusing the state department of Heidi survivors.

And witnesses to the Ben -- terror attack he says the State Department -- identified with the RR grant access to survivors who are still in the hospital.

Constant change it's joins -- many Serbs.

Tiger at a that says I've done a little some of the some mathematics and looks like -- -- -- Americans are evacuated from Ben Ghazi.

Have -- access to any of those twenty to ask some questions about what happened.

Don't know absolutely not now when I went to Libya and I remember I went to Tripoli I was able to visit with some people who there had firsthand knowledge.

But we asked very specifically not only about the for people who were killed but who is injured how many were injured where -- they.

Five today and they have refused to do this I've asked three major television networks that help me in this quest including Fox News and a couple -- begin big.

Part of the big got networks none of them have been given this information and it's been typical we have people killed in Iraq Afghanistan or whatnot.

Those names -- -- held for 48 hours but we don't know how many there are we don't know what states they're probably don't know who these families are and we would like to talk to them.

I as sad as a house Republican you're in the -- in the -- majority party.

Why don't -- just drop a subpoena on somewhat the State Department to show up and ask that person under.

Who are the people who were evacuated from Ben -- and where are -- Believe me I'm I'm a little bit frustrated that we have not been issuing subpoenas what we are waiting for though is the State Department to issue their report.

Remember they said they were gonna offer any information and -- their blue ribbon commission got done doing their work they said that that would take sixty to 65 days.

Well now that were closing in on month three.

The State Department -- that's a report that's why I think Susan Rice made the announcement today because they think we're on the verge of getting that report.

But you start missing the State Department squirm a little bit they're saying now well maybe we'll just give you the -- maybe Secretary Clinton might not come up.

I think the report if it's done accurately.

Is going to be a very difficult thing for the White House the State Department the department of defense and the CIA to explain.

I'm optimistic but I think that's why Susan Rice made the announcement today and we -- -- get that report in the -- that should happen any day now it's already late.

I just to serve fill in the blanks SE kind of building review board within the the -- Departments state and -- -- -- -- an admiral Mike -- the two who are conducting the investigation of the late.

And the expectation is that on December 20.

Sect of state Hillary Clinton will we testified Kaplan -- for the house foreign relation committee and the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and will be talking about and that report so personally be giving you know be completed before then.

But late today we've been hearing sort of noise that the entire report won't be released go figure.

You know they may claim classified as to us.

But I don't know why the act congress this in my house the senate wouldn't get the full and complete report.

It's exactly -- we should get all the report one of the concerns what those were injured.

Is -- how they were extracted.

Remember the firefight starts at 9:40 PM the Department of Defense doesn't even gin up this this C seventeen -- 6 AM it doesn't leave Germany and tell the 2 PM hour and doesn't get back to Germany it's held at 10 PM hour.

Meanwhile -- and nobody's ever said this on television -- nobody's ever mention this.

They thought they were going to be attacked in Tripoli the embassy was -- evacuated in Tripoli.

And yet when they have these injured people sitting on the tarmac these guys are severely injured what do they do they send an airplane over to -- -- and they send it to they returned to Tripoli.

Instead of going to take Italy or to Germany would then the C seventeen has to cover it makes no sense it's -- make absolutely no sense.

The -- and that -- sympathy for the administration's point claiming this is politicized because.

If they would just simply answer these questions not drag their feet maybe we'll get it -- and the next you know six or seven days it there was simply fill in the blanks nor have any reason to be suspicious growing being suspicious because -- -- -- was information and we get silly answers it just don't make sense.

That's the problem and that is created by those who hold.

Facts.

That's right I'm not trying to politicize this.

But we have injured Americans it it takes in the worst case 25 hours to extract them still facility an American facility.

-- -- in Germany at the best case may be about eighteen hours and the administration won't answer those questions these are legitimate questions I want to talk to that family.

They deserve to have answered that and we got to make sure this never ever happens it again what American goes down we go get -- but this president didn't do that.

Well I can say is that if you don't get the answers next week you're in the majority party and you have the ability and do it and so -- -- does go ahead and do it and if you if you only complain about it and don't do -- the -- -- -- because you actually the power to get the information.

I'm not argue with you there are gonna have to track -- got guys and I see you thank you sir.
