Tonight the investigation into the Connecticut mass shooting is only just beginning former LAPD homicide detective Marc Berman joins us.

He could have been formulated by somebody else it could have been guided he could have been provided with information.

You know is it is really what I'm talking about where somebody could have put him.

Gave him the idea idea -- gave him information and completed the conspiracy.

Then you would need to prosecute that individuals so it needs to be done because this early in the investigation.

You really don't know what you have.
