Hi everyone I'm meteorologist Maria Molina after the fox -- weather center with your forecast for.

As SE and also portions of -- southern plains and temperatures today yet again.

Well above average across the area we're seeing high temperatures into the 80s across central and southern parts.

Other state of Florida and also southern parts the state of Texas looking at temperatures well above average with -- -- I 82 degrees enjoy it why we got it.

Very -- -- to be seeing such a warm temperatures during the month of December.

Otherwise does Texas a little bit more pleasant 66 degrees for -- high temperature today 59 in Tulsa.

And -- -- -- and -- not too bad 64 degrees for your high temperature as we head into the afternoon.

The one thing we will have to deal without across portions of the southeast is unfortunately some rain.

Some areas of thunderstorms that is good news for some of us that are still in a drought but.

Bad news because some of that rainfall actually come in the form of thunderstorms that could produce severe weather and does include viewing Georgia parts of Tennessee even into Kentucky.

And so many storms to have the possibility later today.

A producing large hail damage UN guys and even some isolated tornadoes are just make sure -- stay alert out here.
