All of this money in aggregate is about half the money that's been requested by the states for direct -- so in other words we've asked new York New Jersey alone.

About eighty billion dollars in total relief packages to deal with on the ground problems.

This package of sixty billion dollars isn't really sixty billion is about forty billion of direct aid at about twenty billion.
