Well I'll have to take questions that I I don't know the facts myself on sought to question.
The fact that mr.
Carney doesn't know about this story very.
Very disturbing.
Thanks half Miami John -- -- at a corpus parents trying to say have a lawyer on this case what is the latest.
The latest is that he met with.
Couple judges today.
And they have promised him they they will have a decision by the end move -- week that shouldn't leave his release.

You know serving his country honorably correct.
Right.
Tell you while -- was what he went through over there.
He was a good marine he went through two.
Combat tour is the first was in Afghanistan he from his.
Each unit provided security during -- Karzai's first Al are the first election and in Kabul Afghanistan and then he also was in Fallujah.
Iraq.
For his second combat tour which was.
Much more attacks saying -- -- -- -- a whole lot of guys.
He had posttraumatic stress disorder understand when he came home break break did that influence -- going to Mexico would have anything to do with him going to Mexico.
Yes he had been in 89 months -- patient treatment program in the Napa Valley company halfway home.
And he had a heck had really done well there and and was really have learned some coping skills and had gone through some exposure therapy and really felt like it had helped him but it was it it would it's an exhausting program because you're really working through tough stop.
And when he got out he wanted to take three months and go and spend three months in Costa Rica.
And he wanted to take an RV so in order to do that he would.
You know -- they potter -- that they plan to drive.
They were really just trying to drive -- Mexico to go and you're -- -- had an anti -- I understand this drama given to him by his.
-- you I guess right it was passed down in the family.
Which he registered with the US authorities in Brownsville many walked it across.
With the paperwork to the Mexicans and they slapped the cuffs on him whereby they could just confiscated the gun and send them back.
But they wanted to extort money the Mexican side that's what I understand happened in my wrong there.
I.
He's big he didn't matter they wanted to stick it to American GI.
It's it's unclear why but I do you know who -- his.
He wanted to figure out how he could.
Go across the country legally -- that he had any animals -- young lady walked into the Matamoros.
Customs office witted.
With the paperwork so this is whole boldest.
The whole thing is -- which politicians have helped you the most.
Certainly Eric Kelly and I ros Lehtinen has been wonderful and she sort of leading the fight but we -- When all right okay right we've also gotten help from Marco Rubio.
And Bill Nelson has also been very outspoken about -- fight OK but you haven't heard from Hillary Clinton secretary of state or pres Obama as we just heard.
President's spokesman is annoying about it.
Set discourage you.
It's sort of shocking at this point.
It's it's more discouraging the feedback we get from the actual State Department.
-- they say -- they told us they visited your son four times.
And they're monitoring his case but certainly they haven't come out and ask for his release and secretary of state Clinton hasn't set any.
Now very -- they've told us they can't do anything is that right this state departments and again I want to -- Over and over there -- a bunch -- -- Certainly they can do something certainly pres Obama -- do something let's hope that's not necessary.
Let's hope that at the end of the week you get the Mexican government does the right thing in the spirit of Christmas and the spirit of humanity.
We're gonna give everybody a little breathing room for three days they don't do the right thing.
It's going to be held a -- And it will be only a promise that mr.
mrs.
channel will get your son out of there one run the other let's do with the right way so much what if -- all.
