Hands on this but first there are breaking developments to report regarding the fiscal -- showdown in DC the so called plan B.

Was introduced this morning by house speaker John Boehner -- the proposal calls for tax hikes on households that make more than a million dollars that would include small businesses.

However it didn't take long for the White House to announce its opposition to the -- watch this.

-- -- the alternative here if you think about it in the so called plan B is.

Makes no sense here there's an historic opportunity here to do something that has been.

Set as a goal for a long time in Washington which is reach a bipartisan compromise on significant deficit reduction.

On the order of four trillion dollars when you take all the pieces of it.

And put them together.

We are very close to being able to achieve that and the president has demonstrated it obvious willingness.

To compromise and to.

Move more than half way.

Also learning that house majority leader Eric Cantor said -- the house will in fact have the votes necessary to -- a pass the plan B but let's be clear.

What's really obvious is that the president rejected the offer simply because it doesn't raise enough taxes but the problem that I know the true conservatives -- -- -- plan.

Is that it punishes the very people responsible for creating jobs in the country.

And speakers falling directly into the president's class warfare trapped instead of fighting for the principles that handed his party to the majority.

Now he was sent to Washington like all Republicans to reduce the size of government.

And cut taxes not the opposite as a result.

And it's time to go back to the drawing board and draft up a conservative solution to the so called fiscal -- crisis which is generational theft.

Borrowing 46 cents of every dollar we spend.

-- called Clancy Kennedy's plan.

Joining me now it's a very unique insight as to where things stand -- three conservative members of the Republican Party.

From Capitol Hill tonight I'm joined by congressman Jason -- -- congressman Tim feels camping congressman -- -- gentlemen welcome a program that is he all.

Thanks jump right congressman Kasich let me begin with you and your reaction -- plan B.

What -- being told about the negotiations.

Because my interpretation as we were going to be.

You know three to one spending cuts to tax increases -- revenue increases.

Now it's less than a dollar.

So where well what's going on.

Well what we heard in the morning of what we heard in the afternoon was very different and what Iowa heard the afternoon actually really liked because.

Given what's on the books right now doing nothing.

What is actually law.

Is going to be -- single one of the single largest tax heights we've ever had -- so what we're going to do is if we do go with this modified I think I called the modified plan B.

It would actually be one of the largest tax reductions we're gonna protect about 99%.

Of the people in this country from this massive tax hike.

In August we -- pass when -- took care of a 100% of it.

And also if you did something -- the debt limit.

It didn't raise the debt limit even 1 -- this morning we thought it was going to buy this afternoon that -- gone away that makes it more palatable.

Well congressman already you in the same camp as congressman -- that's.

John we know that our big problem is too much spending.

We know that President Reagan fell into the trap and and president George H.

W.

Bush -- in the draft.

-- here just just raise taxes -- somebody.

And will come along with cuts lighter look we cut ourselves our own house budget over 11% over two years.

That gives us the moral authority to say that every agency in the federal government.

Your cut your budget 11% and not only that in 2009.

It was the Pelosi Reid Obama up -- just.

And they spent more than a 1000000000001 point five or six trillion more than we brought in which it was around 2.2 or three.

Trillion so why can't we go back to their budget in 2008.

And say you know what this was -- -- -- budget.

It's been around 2.4 2.5.

Trillion that cuts over a -- all the way the president is let's go back to the blows yearly budget of 2008.

There's a number of solutions but spending has got to come down.

I want reassure senior resident veterans and everybody else there okay what are gonna judge -- Idec congressman hill's camp by a group congressman -- It's spending we've had very little discussion about cutting spending the president's resistant he wants tax increases and he wants to humiliate my opinion Republicans.

The biggest danger I saw.

In the negotiations on plan -- was that the president wanted four years of a blank check and he's talking about the debt ceiling two years and now.

There was talk maybe congressman Boehner would give one year of a blank check to the president.

Tell me that -- -- -- Sean I'm afraid that this is exactly the trap that the president would like this to walk into to get Republicans.

Actually support a tax increase and up over the weekend we know the speaker offered a trillion dollar increase in revenues we call I call that -- tax increase.

And put that on the table.

And I was the president I would have accepted either right now it's -- more.

And now he wants the entire house to step into something which by the way on May 23 Nancy Pelosi asked for this vote.

She should raise taxes.

One millionaires can -- be satisfied with that so I think this is a serious distraction from the real issue is spending.

Republicans should be for something we should put something on the floor which is a serious.

Attempt to address the problems spending and put that in here reads what happens -- -- what are your spending gets.

But let me ask that all three of you the follow.

Because you.

You guys have constitutional authority as -- relates to the power of the purse.

I would never give that out -- there's I think it's really important that we we need some adults in Washington so the question I have for all preview is.

Wouldn't be at this point if the deal was not gonna be reached would -- be good for the Republicans to pass their own bill.

Isn't it congressman.

On August we did pass a bill that is sitting there over in the senate but I think we all liked.

If you look at what it this modified version is there's no definitely.

A limit increased what does it -- had a lot of bodies.

Well what we don't have that this morning you didn't think there was news that -- maybe we give my two year increase there's no increase in the debt limit which I think is is what we need to do.

We need also make sure that fourteen days from now.

Every single American is gonna get a tax increase and if I can protect -- 89% of the of the people in this country.

From Brooke hitting that tax increase I wanna do that I think that's responsible thing to do I get it.

Not just finally go Charlie -- support that.

Now when when Jack Kearney says he's moved halfway on this thing.

What you've got to go back and see who's the president demanded.

An extra 800 billion dollars in tax increases John Boehner starts -- he says okay we'll do that.

And what do they do they move to one point six trillion in tax increase -- that when it's not really clear the president doesn't wanna deal congressman go work.

Would you support would.

Congressman -- -- said he would support about the 99%.

And it doesn't want him to me congressman give it up Gilles Gilles yeah.

Sean I will not support this proposal it but let's be clear plan say is still underway.

They're still negotiations going on at the White House.

The Harry Reid -- this bill goes nowhere but again it distracts us from the real problem.

And I think they're still Americans out there that I think if you raise taxes on the rich somehow that's gonna -- based billion dollar deficit.

We don't -- don't think it if we don't pass something in the next fourteen days.

Every single American has a tax increase its four trillion dollars to President Obama I want to prevent that we need to cut taxes that's why I think this modified.

Plan B makes it's we don't cut spending we're taxing -- David and then gradually help them out hustle and -- All right gentlemen thank you -- thank you all for taking time at a busy -- thank you appreciate it -- on.
