You may lose that didn't kind of in a mode of kind of response and people need to be drawn into it.
Unfortunately there will be some other incidents you know we would hope not but you know history will probably repeat itself to some degree out there.
And I think the thing is to keep this going to need to be -- any other aspects not just people who are sitting in the central government not just people who are.
