You probably remember this story and -- we have some new fallout from that violent.

Wedding fight caught on camera last October.

Two men are now facing trial for attacking police officers who were responding to this fight.

One wedding guests during all of this had a heart attack and die.

Be it defendants' lawyers that claim police testimony is really inconsistent and that is the case of mistaken identity is there -- enough evidence to get a conviction here let's bring in.

Was inconsistent but that's -- defense lawyers do.

If the story was really consistent data coming in saying all -- stories too consistent -- got together and cook that up it's on tape was applied to witnesses there's more than ample evidence.

So answer the charges were though dropped to a lesser offense from aggravated assault charges to reckless endangerment and simple assault are these guys on -- prison.

It doesn't seem likely if -- if the charges were dropped.

And he's ready initial officers and actually press these charges well then there is an inconsistency between what they believe happened at -- time.

With the district attorney's office what really made it happen.

Said there is some inconsistency.

Additionally any time you have a police officer.

That is -- and -- party between two sides but is actually -- alleged victim.

You have to look at their motivations and their ability to observe just like any other witness they don't.

It makes it that much more horrible and much more of a tragedy for everybody involved.

These people are not being charged with his -- because I don't think there's any nexus between his -- and what they allegedly did some police officers.

So I believe that that's why they're not being charged it it's just a horrible event and really people should be happy to winning not punching each other out.

I'm backing said just because there is his -- does not mean there should be collective punishment against the individuals were not responsible.
