First though he -- here at the -- -- -- senator -- he called speaker -- they came -- to the podium behind he laid out a -- three point plan that he -- can pass in the next ten days basically extend tax cuts for 98% of the public extend unemployment benefits for two million people and then come back next -- and deal with actual spending cuts and deficit reduction while he said that was achievable by January 1 to avoid the -- after last -- it's unclear whether anything compact.
