-- -- more than a year President Obama has finally begun to release his regulatory agenda US law requires federal agencies to publicly report propose regulations.

They'll have a significant impact.

Directly to congress -- we now know from the government's web site.

From the Department of Labor -- just within the last four months more than 6000.

New propose regulations are pending.

Shannon Bream is investigating the onslaught of new regulations she spoke earlier with Brent Bozell the founder and president of the Media Research Center.

As as the media has really failed to keep the American public informed about this.

Nobody is reporting the truth about Obama care.

-- -- they humorist.

PJ O'Rourke made a great observation twenty years ago when he said if you think health care isn't -- is expensive now wait till it's free.

And what we're saying is they indeed free health care that was promised and it's anything but free.

Well and of course there are going to be volumes and volumes of regulations coming from the health care law were already starting to see some of those.

And and a lot of red flags for people mean when HHS regulation came out on the issue contraception.

That has sparks dozens of legal battles all across the country.

There's another regulation that recently has been rolled up -- raising a lot of eyebrows as well the 63 dollar -- -- charged.

And meant to cover preexisting.

Condition it costs.

But that the 63 dollars ahead as I understand it is going to be levied on everyone healthy well or with a preexisting conditions.

Sure I mean this is this is a natural.

Reaction to things like just.

Passing a magic wand and saying that pre existing cloud conditions are going to be -- I know somebody's got to pay for -- six.

Well now we're learning everyone's paying for these things this free health -- was never free it's expensive and has had already everything that logic told us was going to happen is happening it's already more expensive than they promised it's already gonna lose money on and on and on and we -- -- the beginning of it.

How closely do you think people should be tracking these regulation.

Well I think first and foremost with all due respect just the past that has to be tracking this depressed.

I was supposedly reports on this stuff and not reporting these these things secondly I think the public and with all due respect to the public.

The public needs to be a little bit sharper about this just think these things through when you are offered free healthcare.

It ain't.

For me someone was -- import and guess what ladies and gentlemen.

It was you and me.

And coming that would help the press and the public alike to be able to track these regulations when they're coming out of the volume that they are these are proposed regulations they do go through -- vetting period.

But for folks to know more about it -- there is -- regulatory flexibility act which requires that the administration essentially every April and October.

Report proposed regulations that will have a significant economic impact.

A number of lawmakers on the hill -- have been.

Really you know vocal about complaining about the fact that they never got the report from the Obama administration in April or October and they point out it was an election here.

As -- -- understanding of the law is you know essentially the administration's broken the law by not making those reports -- -- You're you're -- time and again.

This administration is simply disregarding.

-- rule of law.

In one -- on one issue after another and and frankly they're not being held to account.

By the legislative body on this -- -- and when they need to say something to satisfy the critics -- just make it up.

For example.

Be -- the the religious freedom regulation and there they simply announce that there had been according to court reached at a compromise reached what do would never reached.

And they they simply moved on from there and they said it was all about contraception and and have a loss.

And so they beat the regulation against religious freedom continues.

-- is that we know you are watching -- regulations we are as well sir thanks for your time.
