You can sign up of those flights don't know whether or not it's going to be delayed or canceled as quickly as possible sometimes even before the gate agent knows which is pretty good information.

And you know your flight's going to be delayed you still need to head to the airport if -- having canceled -- flight otherwise unless they're giving out waivers.
