There's nothing more important than an individual civil liberties the stakes are never higher than in a criminal case.

The possibility of being jailed.

Of losing one's freedom.

The battle is always hard fought because the consequences are enormous.

More often than not there is compromised.

Judges do it every day and courtrooms across this country.

Store owners do -- every day in their shops.

And any parent of running a household knows.

Beating the budget meeting deadlines paying the bills on time and not overspending.

Leadership.

It's no wonder congressional approval rating is -- 18%.

The performance by the people we elected is a complete and utter disaster.

Instead of -- getting a raise we should get our money back.
