And that has everybody concerned.

From extortion schemes to vicious violent crimes to working with Southern California street games.

The shift might make -- even stronger in California.

Our political effort to decrease violence south of the border that means the Mexican government might not crack down and fight the cartels like they have in recent years.

This concerns Ventura county assistant sheriff Gary pettis who already seized the cartels becoming more brazen.

They have eliminated the middleman and now worked directly with California street and prison games.

They're also going out of their way literally to extend authority over California drug trafficking.

By shipping drugs on boat several hundred miles north of the border.

Where we're -- -- challenge is they have -- on constrained budget so there.

Moving to more sophisticated means of smog warning out particularly.

Well product profile vessels that we calls semi submersible.

Self propelled vessels and even with the potential of them.

Developing voice submersible submarines if you will to move their commodity which again is worth billions of dollars.

Millions of dollars as of fueling violence encounters like Ventura Riverside not -- -- in California great starting to spread across the southwest.
