War plans to call some anger in congress -- Jon Scott in for Shepard Smith.

Republican lawmakers are now promising a vote on aid for victims of super -- -- by January 15.

The senate has already passed a sixty billion dollar relief bill in the house was set to vote on a smaller 27 billion dollar version.

But house speaker John Boehner canceled that vote and oversight chair Darrell -- -- said the speaker really had no choice because of what New York lawmakers did.

Your two senators packed this with pork.

Had the opportunity to have a 27 to thirty billion dollar legitimate relief package packed it with pork and they dared us not to vote on it.

Republicans including New Jersey governor Chris Christie and New York congressman Peter King I denied that pork accusation but the debate is pretty much moot now.

Because it's a new congress begins tomorrow members will have to write a new -- from scratch delaying aid to all those still struggling to recover.

This morning lawmakers from new York and New Jersey blasted leaders for allowing that to happen.

It is most disgraceful action I've seen.

In this house in the twenty years I've been here this is not about.

People in congress this is about constituents whose lives were -- and we need to do the right thing and we need to do it now.

This afternoon members of the new York new York and New Jersey congressional delegations arrived at speaker -- office for a meeting.

And they emerged with assurances of two votes.

Nine billion dollars.

And what assurances Friday.

We -- on and then on January 15 the first full legislative days review additional 51 billion dollars.

Will be voted on that'll come to a total of six feet which was what -- total wasn't -- because people this week.

The lawmakers said they still disagreed with the speaker's decision to delay voting on the relief.

And so -- some new drama in Washington all just hours after lawmakers finally got together and approve the deal to prevent the fiscal cliff.

Representative Michael Graham from New York was one of them he said he might abstain tomorrow rather -- cast his vote for -- clearly incensed about the lack of the vote on the safety issue how ever.

By the time that he and other members from New Jersey new York and wrapped up that afternoon meeting with Boehner and cantor.

-- was on the record along with Republican Pete king whose boat had also been question.

Say they do plan to vote for Boehner tomorrow it would take -- significant GOP defection to cost Boehner speakers -- the wallets not impossible.

It is highly unlikely -- -- -- agreement Washington action.
