Happy new year -- meteorologist Janice Dean let's take a look at your chilly temperatures across the northeast and the Great Lakes.

We're looking at temperatures below freezing and some parts 32 in Pittsburgh state 32 in Detroit 29 it's -- easily ninety caribou Maine.
