Welcome back the Obama administration has quietly released its long overdue regulatory agenda and regulation watchdogs across the spectrum.

There's something unpleasant expensive and burdensome.

But just about every one Shannon Bream live in Washington now -- and what do we know about the regulatory agenda the Obama administration has played.
