Yeah I mean the DJ.
It it's not a fad or trend it's been -- that's been with us -- decades and decades and decades there's been a resurgence of interest in it lately.
Because of music festival scene in the technology.
And so much has changed it's just.
People can now access music so easily than they tried before to be able to have 5000 songs on something the size of of a credit card just makes music so democratize and easily accessible that some more people are empowered to become DJ's.
When you go to the big music festivals like when you go along clues you know as your other big events they're actually -- -- -- bands bands and then there's like a DJ -- right that's right.
-- DJ's are today's rock stars ubiquitous in our culture and that's exactly why founded -- music group and scratch DJ academy really was to lower the barrier to entry for people interest in the art form.
But also to consolidate a very fragmented space and -- -- noticed that.
And -- jays really are everywhere in our culture but the barrier to entry for learning was extremely high.
And there was no marquee brand or consolidations space that's why we found -- the company to address that.
So in terms of the barrier being so high with the academy the demand to learn outweighed the supply teachers where did you go to learn right it just was no place to go.
So -- lower that barrier to entry in the equipment was expensive and now it's become less expensive but hard to navigate.
So we.
Have conquering curriculums liberty -- -- instructors we've locations in New York Miami LA -- -- anyone in Chicago with our partners that school of audio.
Engineering SA and we're really excited about that we teach about 50000 people how to DJ each year while at how many -- in its class.
Our our class sizes range anywhere from ten to twenty people and we have about ten to twenty set ups -- location.
And we get individual instruction we have amazing teachers that teach classes.
And we have about fifteen different course offerings -- academy certification programs -- wanna ones mixing classes scratching classes.
Music production classes certification programs.
It's a lot for people to get at all I wanna say it's it's not as easy as it looks.
It is absolutely not we -- I'm I'm glad you said that everyone thinks -- must be easy just -- wanna put one -- on after the next we teach the turn tables as an instrument.
Do you Jesus musicians and we're not there to teach you to tell you what to paint where there to teach you how to paint -- so -- really about what people's music interest is and we just help them learn the instrument and learn how to be a teacher.
