We tried to warn everybody here can't believe -- the first paychecks in the new year for some people going out and they have noticed.

That their paychecks are smaller and Sox.

Terrible we'll be great to have that extra 2% usually see the spread of all these ticked off Democrats who had no idea they were gonna be paying more to.

Effective -- can't get their act together and then they resort is probably Bush's full.

They think the bush has come back.

From four years of a presidency has inspired the by the memorable look at California law.

That nobody knew existed.

Said the bright -- lawyer.

Allows -- convicted rapists to go free because the woman he -- wasn't married.

The law it is controversial because if the victim was very did during the raid.

The suspect would remain guilty.

But because the victim was not married at the time of the raid the suspect was not guilty you know making some I'm not making this up.

Lawmakers now supporting a decision by accounting clerk in -- State of New York.

To withhold the names of gun owners -- expose victims of domestic violence this news comes after local newspaper published online maps of permit holders in nearby counties -- both their names and their addresses with the link to their house on line.

You have thousands of counseling district in the murderers and rapists and nut jobs and -- -- members in jail.

Now they had those kind of jobs have an interactive -- that goes to the -- -- of these.

It's malicious.

-- -- We have a lot of first responders in our county.

A lot of law enforcement officials a lot of veterans military personnel releasing these names puts them and their families at risk.

I wasn't elected to police -- journal news I was elected -- care for the well being of my citizens in Putnam county and that's exactly what I'm doing.

First tonight Rush Limbaugh says the president is -- -- distributing -- in America but you have to hear where he says and that money is going.

All of our money is being redistributed to Washington -- some -- there's no evidence.

Of the economic collapse in our nation's capital.

In fact I think the zip codes around Washington happen to be now in the top five wealthiest zip codes in the country.

Stands to reason that from a money he has.

That word goes to be re distributors -- people get their grips on -- they don't have the slightest clue what Obama.

He goes off to Hawaii.

Wasn't a trip -- back is four million bucks.

On Air Force One not to mention what it's costing us to -- his home when he's out there this idea.

Couldn't pay for 1100.

Of the lifestyle that he's living.

On his own never he couldn't do it.

But he's living it.

Former congressman Alan west joins us Canadians there.

Good evening and happy new year -- Pat do you cute too now Rush Limbaugh says is -- what that -- -- is essentially a boom -- and I must confess I looked over my shoulder the houses they've gone on the network weekends a senate it's gonna work weekends it admitted to their constituents and the president right now at this very minute visit Hawaii playing golf what kind of message does that send to the American people.

Well wanted to face that you learn in -- military is that leadership is about setting an example.

When you look at the suffering that has gone on down in main street there is a big chasm there's a huge divide.

Between Washington DC and rest of this country.

What's so important for economic growth in the United States of America is capital is is people have in the money in their pockets to be able to.

Invest innovation and the growth of small businesses and other businesses and corporations.

What you see happening right now.

Is a redistribution of that -- through taxation.

When you look at the Affordable Care Act and the fact that you're gonna have capital gains taxes and dividends -- of the part of that health savings accounts of collectibles flexible spending accounts.

Being not taxed largely.

When you also have such things as real estate transactions tax -- financial transaction tax.

And medical expenses.

All of a sudden tax and that's on top of what you're already seeing with the -- Kara you can't go above fifty employees.

For -- you go to a different category.

What we see right now Greta is the tax code being used as a punitive measure to grow Washington DC to grow bigger government.

And -- redistribute wealth based upon their own ideological beliefs.

'cause no one of the dean.

Biggest expense and the federal government -- have a talk about the -- entitlement but it does include some of our more impoverished neighborhoods in this country in in -- urban areas.

And in the last.

For -- eight years.

Has anything been done not just thinking not just -- -- -- put put money there on the table but to actually empower and get people out of poverty and turn this horrible cycle dropout rate of poverty has anything involving that had -- -- -- pay any attention to them.

No I don't think anyone really is fan attention and I think you see the contrast between us moving away from an opportunity society.

To have -- a dependency society.

It was the late great Jack camp and also art Laffer who was the economic -- -- for Ronald Reagan.

The talked about urban economic empowerment zones -- which we can stimulate economic growth within those inner cities.

Because we will not have a strong economy -- we take care the the smallest of the lessons the lesser of these communities.

Good conscience to people must -- the fiscal -- bill for instance.

How other members of congress.

How and then the president signed that bill -- incentive in good faith.

Knowing that 2000 people my hometown those small businesses and -- on when that really get much out of what you get.

Lots of perks for people like Goldman Sachs got a good deal out of Minnesota's Hollywood get a good deal at all these special interest -- they turn around and try to sell up to us this is great grand thing that they've done for us.

What is given their bodies once again.

-- -- -- Well once again I think that's a separation between Washington DC.

And the people of the United States of America.

When you look at that fiscal -- bill that I voted no against -- glad to -- my last vote because I think a -- of their principal message.

41.

The -- for the want to want to source tax hikes to spending cuts in the Greta you and I have well talked about this.

200 to 300 billion dollars of redundant duplicative programs -- came from a -- account.

And we have not done anything about that -- -- -- -- -- What are they carried it almost seemed in -- from the top the president -- going to the White House following doubt throughout the federal government you know that we know -- is -- sense of decency or just even common sense when you can't just keeping -- looking the other way -- waste and fraud and can't kids continue to -- given your buddies the deals and really denied the American people who put you in office the relief they really need -- they help or perhaps even be left alone.

You're absolutely right I mean there are things that we should be doing to take care of the American people.

And it is principled pragmatism.

When the president's stance there says we're not going to be adding anything to the deficit.

Well we know that that is not a tourism with this fiscal cliff feels format four trillion.

We -- and he's not gonna raise taxes on that.

Median family is he is actually doing that and we've seen.

There are wages decreased by 4% about 2000 dollars and we're not even talking about the incredible increase of gasoline.

The incredible increase of food commodity prices because we're printing so much money.

It is it is really impossible what is going -- -- -- DC but.

I now have an opportunity to keep my voice out there to work against those type of policies.

We doesn't interest in the president's approval ransom -- started to decline a little bit congress is at an all time law we have sinned and nobody seems a life in this federal employee admitted them be elected official does.

And they seem to be doing a lousy job when they finally do the work and -- set there for eighteen months -- -- -- -- -- for the fiscal -- and the last -- and then they just kicked -- -- -- What why -- the president.

Having the president has signed an executive order that lifted the ban on the freeze on federal government can't imagine that to a clue what was that.

Why does he do that I guess.

I guess this is scratching my back kind of thing going on Washington DC so why isn't there conscience on that went the federal employees they've all got great job -- -- -- -- better just -- a lot of people on jobs -- -- but the federal government doesn't federal government made up imperfect but their jobs that I can't understand why they get they get their pay freeze is lifted and it doesn't and it seems to me.

You know doesn't seem to cause much -- mean people don't think that that might not be a good idea that might BF almost in some instances in these into the many Americans who have who don't get us.

Boy actually -- there's an incredible disparity between that public sector compensation and the provost separate compensation.

And we continue to see their public sector compensation when you include all the benefits.

And it is it is growing.

And you know what I think about those men and women of the military those of the people that we need to absolutely be taking care -- Those who are out there are given the you know their last full measure of devotion.

But there are some places up there Watson DCs of some of these agencies of bureaucracies.

We really need to ask the question are they meeting their mission are they meeting their intent whether they door for the American people.

And I think to some people -- walked.

Now some of these hallways and going to cubicle by cubicle and ask people what are you doing for the American people this moment in this day.

-- are saying let's throw it go -- and you plans for the new year I know that they no longer in office but what's the plan.

Well I have played a good plans and -- You know I'll be out there -- my voice and don't worry I'll still be around -- I'll be here for you to call upon as well.

Present -- -- Always a pleasure thank you.
