More than twenty million people across the country are doing yoga and now these and trend is catching on with kids.

Kids need to learn how to engage with the world.

Actively being out in the park or play grand running around is by far the -- stress reduction method in the world for kids.
On top of that it does things that kids need so you have to think that what kids need to develop.
Is different from what adults need to reduce stress so what is played -- Well within thirty minutes of -- -- being out there are rallying and tagging and playing in jumping.
-- -- -- Hundreds of genes in the brain.
So it's building.
Connections in the brain it's doing really important things and spurring great brain growth.
What's happening during -- kids are engaging with other kids they're learning how to solve problems they're learning how to negotiate their differences.
And were many other things that have.
-- and aren't they being violent to having isn't that part of don't little boys need a way to hit one another in a structured.

Well they need to contact is important for kids and they like contact but violence as a whole other -- Kindle version of violence and just like plenty of other libraries two little boys.
Yeah there were times in the back of the car when they were not moving.
When you know that pummel each other and I thought neither of them might survive.
There were times when I thought that.
