And what I don't usually do if I have a goal item -- so I have to put this sticky on the mirror and I have to seed every day that works really well for me.

And a brain knows that by repetition.

By repeating the same thing over two months it becomes part of your behavior.

But you know -- I have a great feeling about 2013.

And I think we're gonna do great job.

Me too I share your optimism and I just wonder if it's important just as important to make resolutions that don't -- that to do with one's health.

But -- get to do with other things like reaching out and and talking to friends that you absolutely was -- a long time and that might help you actually get all the stuff I don't I wanna -- -- final plug -- for exercise because I'm convinced from last year that it's addictive and it'll affect everything -- have smaller portion -- you'll sleep better you'll be in a better -- exercised and I we're gonna do all of that.
