Hi everyone I'm meteorologist Maria Molina from the fox extreme weather center with your forecast for the northeast and also portions of the Great Lakes.

I don't listen to see a little bit of a warming trend here across both areas.

Across places in the northeast but today temperatures rebounding nicely into the forties in New York City 45 degrees will be your high temperature in Washington DC.

Even parts of busting -- -- -- warmer temperatures 31 for -- high temperature today in Syracuse in Minneapolis finally getting back up into the thirties.

After seeing high temperatures only -- -- -- over the weekend and as far as this habitation goes to relatively quiet day across the northeast and also portions of the midwest.

Over the weekend we actually had a storm system roll on through relatively -- just a couple of snow showers here and there in some flurries not much accumulation across northeast.

And those kind of -- subsided -- we really don't have much activity going on right now in the northeast there is any storms is now will be taking shape across portions of the planes and that could be impacting the northeast.

As we head into the end of the week on Friday but before then Tuesday and Wednesday also a very quiet in the northeast.

And also the Great Lakes -- enjoyed a quiet stretch of weather they have coming up here.

And -- -- that next storm system we're also going to be continuing to see that rise in temperatures.

Any New York City by Wednesday you could actually be seeing high temperature at fifty degrees so nice and -- out here across northeast.
