Much let's talk about this now -- Daniel Stein president of the federation for American.

Immigration reform and Francisco Hernandez an immigration attorney joining us via Skype from Fort Worth, Texas let me come to you.

First Daniel walker is the problem well with giving add these licenses doesn't it adds.

Supporters of this initiative say just make everybody safer in the end.

Well this is of course outrageous hypocrisy we see now.

This is really -- Democrat led initiative and look.

President Obama sued Arizona because that's they simply wanted the executive branch to enforce immigration law.

Now you have a state Illinois it's going to be screening foreign counselor documents.

Foreign passports.

And essentially issuing a document and what are we gonna do with undocumented aliens -- and documented now -- they have documents.

Anyway giving them driver's licenses to allow them to the keys to the kingdom basically to do everything you do in this society.

And then turn around and apparently acquiesce in what is an incitement encouragement of illegal immigration all across the board.

It's a national security threat and it runs contrary to the spirit of the so called real ID act which after 9/11 congress ought to unify the security standards for driver's licenses you're giving documents and you don't really know who they are they don't work.

People who break the law -- necessarily as you saw gonna get insurance.

And any and we ought to be having partnerships with the federal government to enforce immigration law -- rewarding and let me bring it let me bring in -- Hernandez this and that -- what about that argument -- to sum up.

Mr.

Stein's argument it appears to be -- giving people a reward for doing something illegal if we give them a driver's license -- response to that well.

Reward guys it's a no brainer that we don't know they are -- -- -- one I don't know who they are.

If we gave -- -- speeding -- do we expect to pay of course we expect to pay you don't let.

Documented they don't they have -- we're going to arrest them.

So if it behooves us to get a document -- -- who they are.

I -- -- -- the federal government does any act and the next day and a net uniform comprehend comprehensive immigration reform.

But I.

They they will have -- it will have a identification they are here whether we like it or not we got to know who they are in in the holy -- there won't -- insurance they are required to have answers to get their driver's license.

So it's no -- it was just like with the education.

Do we want them uneducated -- do we want an educated.

We want to make educated.

All right -- back to -- -- that that's it that's seems to be.

I had an argument that accepts the reality.

Day off here up as mr.

Nana says whether we like it or not doesn't everybody benefit from knowing who they all where -- off.

But we're either gonna have national immigration laws and border controls -- were not as a country.

The Obama administration has abandoned all interior immigration law enforcement.

And now we see in certain states the Democrats pushing these initiatives which are essentially.

Completely contrary to federal immigration law rewarding incentivizing.

And promoting future legal immigration it's costing taxpayers billions of dollars nationally.

It's a national security and public safety threat are we gonna have immigration laws are we not gonna have immigration laws we don't -- -- -- LA ULE environmentalists are.

Let us all are well documented but usually the case -- -- yeah.

-- -- important states for passing laws that are fake immigration and the argument was that they were preempted by federal law ms.

Zion.

It was -- hard you know box and it is that is they have every right to pass the laws look how he's able to pass that's what they want to do it -- what is it.

It makes sense is practical.

It will follow immigration reform it is putting -- -- brother horse but you know what we got to do something about it in his little gross.

Everywhere they go up again I think you're -- the federal gasoline tax.

That loss loss -- to mister mister Stein.

Citizenship is not for sale it's not about paying taxes if Arizona.

Was on constant always felt it was entirely consistent with the immigration law.

Well Illinois is the only supreme -- clearly constitutional giving out residency documents without permission from the federal government.

Barley wrong all right thank you Daniel Simon who is president.
