Hi I'm Bill O'Reilly thanks for watching us tonight aborting babies at taxpayers' expense that is -- subject of this evening's talking points memo.

We have been taking a very hard look at a disturbing situation there may be a major violation maybe a federal law.

In 1976 congress -- the Hyde amendment which forbids federal tax dollars should be used for abortions the reasons obvious many Americans believe abortion is morally wrong.

So to protect those Americans have had said no to public funding of abortion.

But now it looks like pro choice zealots have figured out a way to get around the Hyde amendment they're using planned -- here the stats.

Two dozen of one Planned Parenthood received about 203.

Million taxpayer dollars.

Ten years later 2011 the organization received a whopping.

542.

Million dollars more than double.

-- -- -- -- it says it doesn't use that money for abortion purposes but that's hard to believe.

2011 Planned Parenthood performed 334000.

Abortions close to half of all the abortions performed in the US.

The agency only referred.

Point 08%.

Of the women who came through their doors to adoption agencies.

So let me repeat an amazing amount of abortions very few adoptions.

Now.

Planned Parenthood will tell you that they perform prenatal services yet in 2011 it's estimated that fewer than 30000.

Women received prenatal care from the organization.

So who's kidding who here Planned Parenthood is an abortion mill that's what it is.

And it is receiving more than a half billion dollars -- American taxpayers in order carry out them and -- -- believes this is a blatant ruse a con on taxpayer.

-- Obama is a big fan Planned Parenthood as we now in fact the head of Planned Parenthood Cecile Richards was given a prominent speaking position at the Democratic Convention.

Mr.

Obama well knows what Planned Parenthood does and how much money it is getting from the taxpayer mr.

Obama also knows what the Hyde amendment sets.

So we have a problem Mr.

President with all due respect.

It's clear the Obama administration -- spending an enormous amount of money on one agency.

That specializes in abortion.

This in a time of the national debt is crushing the American people so that's wrong on many levels and we need a congressional investigation into the funding.

A planned parent.

Since the senate is controlled by Democrats we don't expect that body to cooperate in the investigation but we're asking.

Members of the house to take a hard look at what could be what could -- A gross violation of federal law lets you know what congress people step up and agreed to do that.

And -- -- -- top story tonight opposing point of -- with us Christina page author of the book how the pro choice movement.

Saved.

Americans.

To Wear my -- on -- -- Well you're going wrong on accounting.

I mean you're you're going wrong on.

The your assumptions of where this money is being spent.

Planned Parenthood is.

And health care provider of leading health care provider and provides.

Primary health care services to millions of Americans last year they provided eleven million services to Americans.

The primarily these are prevention services 90%.

Of the services that Planned Parenthood offers just prevention and that means 41%.

RS TD treatment and prevention and testing for deceive you have that's right and that's were you and a 32%.

Is contraception so right there 73% -- what went into that doesn't cost you money.

Very very little money did you project costs a lot of money in fact you know attacking mode yes -- -- -- talking about the prejudice here this.

-- rather than debate this would you agree with me that we need -- congressional audit.

To see where the money is going because if you are performing 350000.

Abortion -- cost a lot of money.

Got paid a doctor she got to pay for anesthesia you've got to pay for insurance you've got to pay for the -- and that's where that series.

And they were covered by insurance and where where where where where.

First -- wait wait wait disparaged.

Of all the things that you mention that Planned Parenthood yes providing an abortion a medical operation is far and away the most expensive all right.

So they're getting this enormous amount of money from the taxpayer and you're telling me that none of that money.

None of it is going to abort fetuses yes.

I'm telling you hey you know -- how.

I know that how because of the money because how Medicaid works and how these funding streams work they paying for services.

So if a woman is coming in for contraception yes it's billed to Medicaid and because that's the the contraceptive services.

Abortion is not allowed to be funded by federal funds for the money -- below.

-- parent parent Planned Parenthood -- zig discretionary fund and you're telling me that no money goes through aboard these are these are as any health care provider.

They deal for the services rendered right that is what they -- reimbursed okay.

So you wouldn't mind that an audit a professional audit of from congress to go in and take a look.

And all Planned Parenthood clinics and where there taxpayer money is being -- you wouldn't mind.

Hi all I'm glad I like most Americans who tried to defensive you'll find it offensive to have -- -- because pop.

Because -- you seem very transparent so in this scene Adrian all that we have going.

On in this country to attack at safety net provide why we attacked eligible we just sit.

Yeah most Americans rely on family planning most in their lives in tough economic times this is the largest family nobody is intruding on Stanley -- Landry.

That this is a political.

They just find it very hard to believe that you would object to an honest accounting because people like me and millions of other Americans we don't want -- taxpayer dollars.

Used for abortions and I respect.

Correct and and he respects I would feel.

We leave you to know that it's not only can you respect my position and position -- others so we don't want you respect I think it's a very slippery slope that includes tax Payer.

Taxes as something -- you know personally I don't want to find some wars and I don't I -- and I respect that object to an -- so I feel like I should also have the right.

To carve away the tax is and I don't know I don't know if there rural law on this page it said your tax dollars can't go for military -- you -- and might have been with that is that -- -- -- Lana Hyde amendment clearly says and I won't want an honest show that the majority of Americans disagree with you.

And it all important this it's a 5050 deal you know that.

You know that nobody ever told -- -- incident or pro like those turns don't fit most Americans.

You're telling me you don't believe most Americans who supported -- Planned Parenthood is certainly not you don't believe that and I think that those kinds of.

You know circuses.

Are left you want.

I don't want and a slush tie you don't wanna you know I -- I mean I know the -- I -- I know it would be -- return to -- -- -- And I think that -- would speak to take a lot of money in and wastes a lot of good -- time do you regret and I had been allotted of them blessed but I you know I read.

-- the Republicans and how they operate so.

So it might be in -- -- -- I don't think it's a Republican Democrat issue I think that there are good Democrats who would like to see an audit so that we don't have money going over there which is a violation of federal law you know what.

I appreciate you coming and I.

It was a spirited -- thank you you'll.
