Hi everyone I'm meteorologist -- -- only now from the fox extreme weather center with the forecast for the southwest.

And temperatures out here across the southwest looking relatively warm like in Phoenix and Tucson where you can highs into the -- -- 49 for you.

-- -- in the city of Denver Colorado and across California seventy degrees very high temperature in Los Angeles on the warm side.

And 65 in San Diego 51 for you over in San Francisco and we do actually have.

A brand -- sort of system that will be arriving -- to California this storm will have some wind with it some lower elevation rain and offices in mountain snow but for now looks relatively quiet across the Rockies.

Nevada and California enjoy the quietness why you have it because.

As we -- -- later on today and into Thursday and Friday we're going to be dealing with this storm system that will be producing widespread.

Shower activity and also some snow into the -- so first I was going to be impacting parts of northern California throughout the day today some mountain snow expected not to significant that a couple inches accumulation are not out of the question.

And eventually by Friday the storm will be impacting central portions of the -- -- Colorado.

Parts of -- dealing with snow and then eventually some of that moisture will be moving -- -- portions.

But New Mexico and also the state of Arizona -- far south.

As places east of Tucson could be looking essence now so some of the -- of coming up for the weekend good news for anyone doing any skiing out here not good news of course.
