-- -- Welcome so I carry in my pocket.
Jeremy are you familiar with it did you carry one of these back -- New York I don't Caroline but I still a lot of people to talk about it it's a very very popular device certainly is not just for fitness people.
Or or.
Those their fitness -- the -- but for pretty much anyone.
Yeah so here's the one this -- past few months ago right James a few months ago for just in time for Christmas so this this morning as an example I already have 2082.
Steps being up at 4 AM this morning walking the floor of CES so James -- first of all about the one and what you guys are announcing here at C yes.
-- -- that they want as their flagship activity and -- monitoring device so it's a tiny device that you carry all day.
And it tracks your steps to distance.
-- calories burned.
Your number of floors -- -- climbed -- -- seriously qualities -- how many times you hook up throughout the night.
What they've got good quality sleep or not and the cool thing is it -- directly to.
Smartphones -- iPhone four -- iPhone 5 -- repeated the energy so on the go you can play after Smartphones secure data.
Okay I'll do that right now me fire -- -- in what was working over low power Bluetooth which is great so I've seen since -- yeah.
I'm launching fit in here if you look at some might data now what are we seeing here on this dashboard -- you're seeing here you're stepped down your.
Spears -- there's kind of calories -- stick a little bit to save.
So it's sinking right now so that's how much I walk today so far 2000 steps vice code to yesterday here at CS look at that.
171000.
Steps -- -- CPS yesterday.
64 six floors -- And burned over 3763.
Calories in plus if you seek it with us in this area scale.
Back home where I have mine back home in New York.
-- you actually can see how much you weigh on a regular basis when you check in every day so now the -- For some questions yesterday from people here who are familiar with your launch on the -- tells about the flex and answer a question we have from our chat room which is.
Should I upgrade or is there a difference between the one which is what -- -- just showing and the -- which is a bracelet style right yes.
So the specific flex.
It's a new wrist -- fitness since -- tracking device.
So you know it has all the same most of same functionality that it will -- -- -- steps distance.
Calories and officers -- quality.
That's a vibration motor to wake you up in the morning as well as he can have a set an alarm and wake up at the right time.
You know that the key difference here is that what we found is that a lot of users some of them prefer to where the -- -- the more discreet.
Place like your pocket -- their.
Etc.
but there's also a lot of people that prefer to where things on the wrist as well because they like to be conscious reminded of their fitness goals.
Let's talk about some of those goals and some of the socialization and Jeremy jump in on this if you like we have about 22 minutes or so left in the show but I think the motivation.
Of exercise.
Is now you're now seeing it devices like this right so.
You wanna do better than your friends did because you can sync up with -- social community you wanna do better then Jeremy did I don't know if Jeremy and I are friends over over fit in or not Obama hardly I know he's up like clarity Mount Kilimanjaro -- You know and that's the thing right I mean he's so we would -- -- compete with each other and so what -- -- -- with some of -- data.
Now what we're seeing is exactly mentioned a lot of competition going on friends and family.
Competing with each other -- of the precarious stepped goals distant schools etc.
and the great thing is that it gets the whole family involved.
And getting themselves healthy.
So that's -- -- one of the main things that drives everyone at the company is our mission is really to motivate people to get healthier and live healthier lives.
That's great how does how is this charging and we had -- been one which charges him.
Whatever you like two months you can charge -- incident lasted battery -- incredible yes it is less about a week Kenny just simply there's a little electronic couple insights -- popped that out.
Any stick it in the charger -- for about an hour.
And it's it's very -- script and it seemed actually to get I'm putting your hockey if you didn't want happening is exactly yeah that's -- -- -- to speak to put into -- pocket.
And we're also we have a lot of different colored bands at accessories that will be -- as well.
So whatever your fashion style is you can just have to have always seen a lot deep down one device you can learn about one caller you can pick rescues in -- through different lines experience.
-- and this is that flex is out now.
-- will be launching the spring of this year for about 99 dollars and it'll be available if it dot com Amazon and a lot of our other retailers as well.
Specify what -- there.
-- -- we Lucy and as we start to look at some of the summer motivation to get back in Jeremy into your bikini body -- -- -- even owning.
Through most of the winter so we'll see some of these gadgets in the spring my thanks to James from fit fit good luck here at the show and -- will answer anymore questions you have on line you can find me on Twitter at Clayton Morris you can also answer will -- and into at Fox's live on Twitter as well.
-- throughout the day -- we roam around the -- send your questions if there's something you wanna see a try to take a photo that if I have any -- -- at all in here and able to get a photo out to you I will.
Jeremy any final thoughts.
I was gonna ask about that today you mention that the battery life you're much better -- well I'm sorry.
I was thinking of earlier Bluetooth devices and I think a lot of people have experience with -- -- where Bluetooth was kind of battery drain and really.
-- your bottom out a couple of hours so my first question is how long is it better on this thing a week that's not too bad I'd like to be a little bit longer but still -- I think it's very reason.
Yeah it is very reasonable on and I carried -- -- at one of my pocket and I.
I don't ever think of charging it it -- occurs to me once in a blue blue moon when I get a little bit league low light battery indicator and that's when I end up charging it.
Real quick before -- go James is Jeremy a question about the battery life of the low power Bluetooth because this is an advance -- Bluetooth technology the Bluetooth that we're used to in those ear pieces that would last for a few hours this is totally different.
Correct the low power Bluetooth enables devices like the -- -- to.
Lasts about ten times longer in charge so that's that's enabled devices -- that -- want to last week's dancing we'll charge that's crazy Addison's.
Bluetooth for I think -- -- Bluetooth for choosing a lot of these devices Apple's relying on a lot of them through through some of the stuff that they're doing now with -- other things so.
That's a look at the fit fit and my thanks to James again and we'll see you back on the floor over -- that -- and we'll see you.
