Now this Fox News alert testimony just wrapped up in a Colorado courtroom revealing some chilling new details.

About the movie theater massacre reports that the suspect James homes.

And the police say that on that phone they were pictures that started.

Of the theater where the shooting took place showing the carpet double doors door hinges.

There are photos of the exterior of the movie complex the sidewalks -- and emergency exit doors.

There are additional photos of the theater.

But there are also photos of James Holmes himself with his red orange hair.

Wearing a majority of the tactical ballistic here that we have heard so much about with his assault rifles slung on his person.

That was taken July 5.

There are additional photos of James homes apartment of his countertop -- kitchen area.

Additionally there photos of his -- room within a number of wires -- canisters bottles awkward turquoise blue duck tape all of this.

Also there are pictures of James Holmes making faces into the camera with his tongue sticking out.

Red orange hair.

He is black skullcap which police say he was wearing the night of the shooting.

And black contacts in his eyes this photo was taken on July 19 6:22 PM.

If the shooting again taking place on July 20 now John you mentioned it thinks it wrapped up.

The prosecution has said it is finished presenting its evidence it is calling no more witnesses.

Therein -- recess right now so when they come back they can -- to the judge they can wrap their case to judge William Sylvester.

Additionally the defense says it will not be calling witnesses -- not presenting evidence something different than what we've heard earlier it is up to the judge to decide when he will rule.
