Can be good morning everybody -- alert right now the White House says it might use executive orders to go around congress and push through new gun walls and America.

Those are a couple of the things that the White House might be looking at doing sort on its own.

And the spending issues in Washington Mitch McConnell says that's gonna take up the next few months of time.

So you start -- to see the strategy as to why the White House would pursue executive action.

Right I mean it's been interesting we've seen in the white house of course do this here for a White House that came in a president that came in.

Having real than the 2008 campaign against some of the overreach of executive power.

He has shown gotten very little restraint in using executive power himself whether you're talking about immigration.

But wouldn't be able to get done legislatively I think we're looking at exactly the same kind of scenario here what kind of push back.

Republicans and others saying look this is not something that we should be doing it's not good.

Gun control hasn't worked you look at the assault weapons ban it was in place for ten years -- didn't actually.

Do anything to reduce the amount of gun related violence crime I think you're also -- here objections that would be based on process people to say look Mr.

President.

You can't do the kinds of things that you're talking about doing if he goes beyond.
