Mother in Indiana reportedly jumped up and down and happiness when she learned police had found her son missing since 1994.

Richard Landis a Landers I should say is the kid's name he was five at the time when police say his grandparents kidnapped -- -- 24 and investigators say they found in the Minnesota.

About their grandson were actually involved in -- legal battle for custody all of the boy and they vanished when the appeared to be on the point.

Of loosing that cool fight now one of the cops who investigated the disappearance at the time seems to have some sympathy.

I just knew that they were not the kind of people around to see that he got herded off.

And -- is it is expecting his first child so one of the cops and Indiana says a regular reunion may be awhile yet.

As far as I know there's no real plans in the works for any kind of a reunion.

He told us that she is trying to figure out a way to contact has -- clearly.
